About Organization

The Bangladesh Philatelic Federation (BPF) is the national umbrella organization bringing together philatelic associations in Bangladesh. It supports stamp collecting and exhibitions and represents Bangladesh within the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP), where it is listed as a member federation. Its work includes supporting competitive exhibitions and helping connect Bangladeshi collectors with the international exhibiting community. BPF organized BANGLADESH 2023, described as the country’s first international stamp exhibition, held at Shilpakala Academy in Dhaka from September 29 to October 2, 2023. The federation also collaborates with and provides patronage for exhibitions organized by other associations. One example is PHILEX 2026, an online exhibition organized by the Bangladesh National Philatelic Association, scheduled for December 3–16, 2026, with participation open to collectors worldwide.
